Prayer Blankets

"I am making crocheted prayer blankets for patients at the hospital, working with the pastor there in the hospital. She scopes out people that are alone have no visitors and are depressed and elderly.

The first one I gave her to find a home for was a lady that needed her foot removed due to diabetes. She was mad at the world and had no one, refusing the surgery. Just bitter. The pastor gave her the prayer blanket …it is kind of lap cover size made of yarn. I enclose a letter that says " This prayer blanket was made by someone that loves you , hold it close and let it warm you and God will do the rest"

When she gave it to her her whole outlook changed, she allowed the surgery and allowed rehab to work with her, the pastor said a student nurse saw the change and called it a miracle.

The pastor told her people just sometimes need to think someone cares. I don't think the nurse will ever forget it, what a blessing I hope she thinks of the prayer blanket every time she deals with a difficult patient sometimes it is just fear of the unknown that drives to meanness.

I wish I could make them faster but my wrists can only do so much. But that is ok I am sure God will let me do what I need to when I need to do it."

I am Free

If you had 8 car wrecks, 3 flip-overs, 2 head-on collisions due to drug, then what did you do about the drug problem? Have you ever suffered back pain, knee pain, heart pain, lung pain, headaches and all kinds of pain in your body? How much prescribed drug or illegal drug does your body really needs to address the pain problem?

Have you ever been abused by somebody else you really trust? How do you address that emotional hurt and psychological pain problems? Would the street drugs help at all? No, not at all. The pain is still there. The drugs just cover it up like you have no problem at all. After awhile your body may develop resistance to all these drugs so you have to have more drugs, stronger dosages to address the deeper drug and pain problems.

Have you ever wanted to quit thinking about the pain, the hurt and all the sadness in your life, but your mind and heart won't quit thinking or feeling about it? The more you have tried the harder it seems to get rid of all these thoughts and feelings. Using the street drugs or being addicted to the pain killers is just a way to cover up something deeper.

You may have a spiritual problem. Your heart needs to be fixed. You may need to make peace with God first and to have the peace of God in your heart more than anything else first.

After confessing all your sins, unrighteousness and repented of all your sins, you asked and received God's forgiveness for your sins. The blood of Jesus Christ washes away all your sins and unrighteousness. You are set free to worship God, to love God for a very first time. After the sinner's prayer, you have given your heart to the Lord Jesus; he is your master, your Lord and Savior; He is your Healer, your Deliverer and Redeemer. He is your God. You want Him now more than anything in the world.

Then suddenly all the desire to seek drugs, all the pain and anguish in your soul and body vanished, disappeared, no where to be found. You are elated, excited about the headache which is gone now; the heaviness in your heart is also lifted up; your mind suddenly is clear. What's going on? What did just happen to you? The Lord Jesus just touched you. That's all. It's His divine finger. It's His amazing love and powerful grace that reached deep down in your soul and pulled you back out. You have been trying to hide, to run away from all your pain. No more. No more shame. No more guilt. No more sickness and diseases. You are free to run. You are free to dance. You are free to live for Him, the One who saves you and redeems you from the pit of hell.

It was you that God has had an appointment today on the street of life. Grace has found you. It's God's amazing grace that saved such a sinner like me. I once was lost, but now I am found; was blind but now I see. You are full of joy now. Hallelujah.

If this describes you, just praise the Lord for He is great; God is good all the time. Oh yes, He is going to use you to give testimonies. The young people whose life has been wrecked will hear you and turn away from their wicked ways. They will make their choices to run toward God or away from God. Glory be to God in the Highest.

Demonic Voices Be Gone in Jesus' Name

Have you ever heard voices in your head, in your mind that harass you day and night with guilt, shame which you cannot just get rid of at will? The voices condemning, putting guilt trip on her heart get worse when one day they prompted this poor soul to try to kill herself on the streets of life.

She is tired, sick; diseases attack her body, nothing much to live for. Problems with unforgiveness with her husband for what he did to her precious children; her mother was domineering. She could no longer stand the pressure any more. She has done everything she could to protect her loved ones.

Going from one doctor to the next, trying to find the help she needs but no one seems to be able to help her. The drugs she got from her prescription does not ease her guilt. The voices were persistent and condemning.

One day on the streets of hope, she met the Lord Jesus Christ. He was so tender and loving; he listened to her pain, hurt and feelings of depression and desperation. She wanted to talk to someone. Who was out there able to listen to me Oh Lord?

After pouring out her heart, emptying her mind, confessing all the sins, repenting of her sins, and forgiving those who hurt her in the past many years, she was led to rebuke the sickness in her body, her mind, her heart, God in His mercy and grace and power through Jesus Christ has set her free. Instantly she broke out cry of joy and tears streaming down her cheeks, "Yes, I am free. No more pain. No more depression. No more letting sin dominate me any more."

She is now able to let go of the past. She chooses to be happy in Jesus Christ, no longer letting the past tearing her apart. Hallelujah! Amen.
God, you are good. You are great to us all.

Overcoming grief

How would you feel? What would you do if you witness the fatal shooting of your daughter? How would you cope with the loss of a very young daughter whom you love? How well would you grieve? How would you overcome the grief and do not let it overcome you?

How would you feel toward God? Angry at God? Why didn't He protect your daughter from getting killed right in front of your eyes? How would you feel when you had to hold your dying daughter in your arms and rush her to the hospital hoping that she was going to make it? Why not it be me who was dead instead of my daughter?

How would you counsel a friend who is grieving with something this deep?

I thank God for the opportunity to help someone grieve today. Through prayer, through the reading of His Word, through the comfort of the Holy Spirit this friend got the help he needs to move forward, releasing her daughter into God's mighty hands.

With God's help it is possible to overcome any tragedy in life and to move forward with grace and strength.

Spiritual Warfare, Deliverance

I have been meeting quite a number of young adults and adults who have been hearing voices, seeing images of demonic figures, and coming under a lot of Satanic influences.

One person had served Satan for more than 30 years full time and had 666 tatooed on his right arm, along with many devilish figures. He accepted Christ. One other also told of a time when he talked to Satan and promised Satan his soul, and Satan in return promised to give him a small kingdom.

Have you ever encountered or ministered to someone who has been attacked by demons and devils?

How has God used you to bring deliverance to a person who was harassed, tormented, oppressed or possessed?

***

I just led one person who was fighting with anxiety disorder and racing thoughts to the Lord yesterday.

She gave her life to Christ. After that I anointed her forehead, her hands and prayed for her.

In the name of Jesus I was breaking the curses over her life, binding the diseases, the headache, the back pain, the suicidal thoughts and casting them out of her life.

What a difference it made in her life right away. She is well now having her sane mind back. I lead her in a Bible study today at work. God is great.

A Ministry of Healing and Deliverance

Working at an institution, I see many hurting people everyday. They are there dealing with a lot of personal challenges; From suicidal thoughts, seeing nightmares, hearing voices to altered mental status, to psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar I, II, from minor depression to major chronic to total sickness and lost in the world of self-abuse, drugs and alcohol and sexual addiction. There are also those struggle with demonic oppression as well.

Dr. Laurie A. Vervaecke authored her book Woman, Why Are You Weeping? wrote that 1 out of 4 females and 1 out of 6 males were molested or raped by the age of 18. This is a very reality that we are facing.

I also see a lot of anger and hatred and unforgiveness which seem to cause more emotional problems and physical pains. Forgivenss is one of the keys to their healings. When they are able to release everything unto the hand of the Lord and to forgive the aggressor or those who have hurt them in the past, they are able to find the strength to move forward.

Everyday, I see hope in the eyes of those who are open to the Spirit of God working in their lives prompting them to respond to Christ Jesus. He is always ready standing at the door of their hearts knocking, waiting for them to open wide so that He can come in to forgive, to deliver, to heal and to save, to redeem that which is lost.

I ask that you would help pray for me daily for spiritual strength and power, for discernment to know which spirits are invading these souls and how to listen to their stories, to hear the pain behind the words and provide the best and effective pastoral care they need.

God is the Healer. I only need to be sensitive to them and to point them to Christ. When they are ready, miracles do happen here; hearts are restored; lives are saved; souls are won into the kingdom of God.

Every week there are about 3-4 people are delivered and saved. I also baptize them and encouraged them to plug into a Christian church, a faith community near their homes so they can grow and be supported.

Alcoholic and drug addict found Jesus

It was a sad story that has a happy ending. Today on the street of life someone I just met in the hall was crying out for help, for relief from the pain and suffering, for healing from the shame and guilt and for release of the boiling anger which is covered up with alcohol and drugs and other deadly stuff which is not made for the body.

Pain and suffering started to hit this person at a very early years at 5 years old. She suffered sexual molestation and rape from her adopted father. The adopted mother has done nothing to stop the abuse. Her very own mother was into drug and suicidal thoughts, and she could not keep the children but gave them up to CPS.

From 5-17 this poor little girl suffered along with her brother and sister at the evil hands of her adopted father. The demons and unclean spirits have attacked them since a very young age. Addicted to crack cocaine, hot check she had to go to prison to pay for the crime. Alcohol could not solve the anger problem. More hangover. More hurt and pain sank deeper in her heart, and her life was ruined. Suicidal thoughts brought fear to her that it was time to seek help. Help is available.

Lots of blame on the adopted father and mother who do not really care for her and her siblings, but abused them for their pleasure. Diabetic, sick with other demons attacking her on a regular basis. Her husband is also in need of help. What does she do? She cannot live on like this any more. She needs God desperately to intervene.

Today, the Lord found her sitting idly and sent me to talk to her and to lead her back to the Lord. She has found the Lord after confessing her sins and unrighteousness. She gave everything into God's hands and rebuked, renounced Satan and all evil, unclean spirits in her life. They are bound and cast out of her life for ever. Today is her day. A day of new beginning. A day God broke through to her of her need for the Savior and Deliverer. No more running away from pain. No more covering it up with alcohol and drug.

God is merciful to her. In His time He does make everything beautiful.

Found! A prodigal daughter just came home.

It was a busy day today. A little bit tired yet excited about the many opportunities to talk and listen to people in need of prayer. God, however, is still busy saving souls, redeeming broken lives, delivering people who lived in bondage of the past and setting the captives free.

I had a wonderful chance to listen to a lady who struggled with sexual identity. Troubled past, lost childhood, painful memories and broken trust have driven her into a lifestyle which caused her even more pain and hurt. Separation after separation from partner after partner had caused her more disgust, losing hope, losing mind; She feels angry all the time, and was driving all the people who tried to approach her away. People shun her, leaving her with no friends now. What a lonely existence.

Today is her day. She was on God's divine calendar. Salvation has come into her house. Jesus is here ready to welcome another lost soul home. He is waiting for her all these years to come back into the fold. The heavenly Father is waiting for the prodigal daughter to come home where there is bread in the house; where there are joy, love, restoration and a new life full of hope, peace and tranquility.

Today she has decided to give her heart to Jesus and stopped running from her pain and hurt. She confessed her sins to the Lord and repented from her lifestyle. She renounced it in Jesus' name and chose Jesus as her Lord and Savior. She did invite Christ Jesus to come inside her heart and welcomed a new life made possible through the blood of Jesus. She has come home to rest and this time for good.

No more confusion of gender. No more pain of rejection. No more thoughts of depression. No more fear of not being wanted. In Jesus' name she is free to live her life now for God as a woman created in God's own image.

What a relief! What a life so free in Christ. All her sins are paid in full. The Devil has no longer a place in her life. From now on she has chosen Christ Jesus and to run after God. She got a Bible to read now. Resources are provided. Fully rested in the Lord. It must be a great feeling to have and to experience.

God is good all the time. All the time He is good. Thanks be to God.

Help is available for you

Have you ever been molested as a child? You have. There is help available; There is hope in God; There is someone who cares and will listen to you, and you don't have to grow up to be a child molester. Many children when going through a painful childhood may have blocked off completely what has happened to them during the early years. However, whatever is recorded in the brain is hardly erased or removed. It may fade over time. Time does heal many wounded and broken hearts.

The curse has to be broken. The generational curse and the vicious cycle have to stop now. Your hurt, pain, shame, embarrassment, anger are acknowledged. What do you do about your life now? You are never the same person again ever. You could choose to remain a victim, to simply live as a survivor or to fight back, to strive to become a victor and to believe that you are an overcomer. Nothing is too hard or impossible for God. He still heals people today. God has the power to deliver you today. Can you choose who you want to become now after something evil like this happened to you? Yes, you can.

To the molesters, the small and young people you molested, violated and destroyed since they were very young, now living as teenagers, young adults, and adults their lives somewhat crippled and distorted or damaged as a consequences of your sins and evil behaviors. The molested may have since or now hated you or turned into someone who is so confused of his or her gender or perspective in life.

Your sins will catch up with you. The law is after you. You do reap whatever you sow. The Word of God says so. However, we are all sinners saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus. Forgiveness is still available offered to you at foot of the cross. The Heavenly Father loves you, but He hates your sin. Our holy, loving and just God is still sovereign over all creation. He is still your Judge on Judgment Day. There is no escape from His wrath. Time is running out for you. You can run but you cannot hide from God's presence.

To the molested, sacred trust is broken. Relationships are grossly damaged; these relationships need to be healed, and lives must be restored. You can be healed and delivered. As a new person in Christ Jesus, God is counting on you to bring hope to the broken world through your obedience. The Good News of Jesus needs to be told and conveyed to the hurt, the broken-hearted. Your stories, and experiences can still be used to bring healing to many others. You can still reach out and touch someone with the love of God to bring healing to his/her soul.

Today and more than ever, parents need to protect their children from vicious predators; and these predators may be living in the same household. Fathers, step-fathers, grandfathers, brothers have molested their own innocent daughters and grand-daughters at their very young and tender ages. They trusted you, and you have broken that trust. Older cousins may have yielded to temptations and molested or raped their younger ones. Uncles have violated the sacred boundaries and dishonor their own nieces and nephews. God knows what happened in the car on the way to get some ice-cream cones, on the way to the park, in the bedroom, in the shower while they were having a sleep-over at your homes.

This evil, secret acts may have been going on for some time before it is noticed or found out by someone who dares to speak up on behalf of a child. CPS may be involved in a swift process to remove the child from a dangerous situation and harmful environment.

In reality, the Devil, Satan has used drugs, alcohol, sexual perversion, pornographic movies, depression, isolation, abuse, incest, molestation, masturbation, rape, prostitution, suicidal thoughts, heavy metal, rock music, violence, coercion, threats, bribes, kidnapping and killing and many more evil ways have been used to destroy many innocent lives.

A person who molested a child may have already given his/her soul to the devil as an instrument used by Satan. Witchcraft, sorcery, child dedication to Satan on Halloween, idolatry, palm reading, tarrot card, charm and other allurements may have been used to hook and to trap people even more so in darkness, and death comes slowly.

Past pain, hurt, disappointment needs to be shared, heard and understood. Forgiveness is the essential key to finding new life again. There is always hope in God. Forgiveness is available through the blood of Jesus Christ. Help and resources are available for people to tap into to make new adjustments in life.

All it takes is a decision to reach out to seek help from appropriate resources and persons who are trained to minister healing and deliverance in the Name of Jesus of Nazareth. God is able and more than able to heal, to deliver, to save, to forgive and to redeem you today. Come to Him now and your life will never be the same any more.

A wayward child found the way back to the Father

Out of no where, I got a chance to reconnect with a friend who had been struggling with alcoholism. AA does not seem to help. Medicine temporarily meets her needs. The emotional pain needs to be healed. The craving for alcohol needs to be removed. She needs to be delivered. God is the answer. She needs God badly back into her life. No more playing game with God and with life. Other people depend on her decision today. U-turn is possible back onto the right path of righteousness.

The pain of the past was just too much to bear. The lost of trust in man, her very own father and mother caused her to drift into alcoholism to numb the pain. The hurt, disappointment, broken trust have been heavy on her heart.

She had struggled to fight the battles with her own strength, and many times promising God and herself not to do it again, but this time it seemed different. It seems that the Holy Spirit has taken a hold of her today. Today is the day. A new beginning starts with confession and a repentant heart.

She is willing the pay the price, no matter what the cost is, to have her life restored back to wholeness. The devil can no longer mess around with her life. She has gotten only one life to live now for God.

She could not go on another day being bound by poverty, homelessness and alcoholism. Through listening to the Psalms 18-28 read, her faith is built up; her trust in God is restored. The Spirit broke her heart down and healed it back up. God humbled her and brought her down very low and then restored her back to wholeness again. What a mighty God we serve. The devil is defeated. Demons are bound and cast out, sent back to the abyss forever. They are never permitted to be returned.

The truth has set her free. Jesus is Lord of her heart and master of her life. Her tears of joy reflected the disappearing of the sorrow of her heart. She desires to read God's Word and to worship God and to fellowship with other believers so she can grow her faith and restart her life.

There are so many dreams to be fulfilled. There is hope after all. In God's time He makes everything beautiful. A repentant, contrite and broken heart God will not despise. God does restore people back to life and life abundantly through Christ Jesus. Joy is present where God's presence is manifested. Praise the Lord.

Thanks be to God.

Forgiveness is a first step toward healing

How did you feel when you found out later in life that you were given away as an infant to someone else to care for you instead of living and growing up with your parents? You realize that your parents still have your other siblings that you just found out you have. You seem to feel out of place, not loved or valued.

You would feel sad wouldn't you, yet were glad to find your family; you are grateful and appreciative for having a chance at life because your parents could have aborted you for whatever reason or situation that they were facing at that critical moment in time. They gave you away instead of aborting. The family that cared for you was a blessing to you as well.

Time has passed. Now you are an adult, having a wife, a few children of your own, and you did not give your children away like your parents did to you. Yet the emotional scars, the painful memory, the haunted past are returning to cause trouble in your mind and in your heart.

This sadness and anger pushed you back into the past to deal with the feelings that you may have buried deep for so long. Suicidal thoughts may have come also when you were not thinking clearly. When you let your feelings clouded your reason. Your faith in God is tested. Does God make junk? Does God know why I was given away?

How have I to forgive my mother and father? How can I find out why they gave me away? Does it really matter if I know why? Why couldn't they keep me? Didn't they want me? Didn't they love me? Why did my mother not give me a straight answer as to why she gave me away? How come there are so much anger in me now when I think about this you may have asked. Am I blaming them for my misery now? My dad was no longer around. He was dead. Your mind is looking for an answer. Will you ever find one?

When you were not thinking right, you had allowed drugs, cocaine, alcohol and sex to ruin your life. Your relationship with your spouse is now estranged. AA and NA helped a little, but the root cause is still there. Prescription drugs have their limits.

You go to church. You pray but God seemed far away. You run further away from yourself, from God, from life. You are not happy, and you couldn't take it any more. The pain has to end. What do you do? What do you want God to do for you? You are crying out for help. God hears you and your cry has reached Him.

To have a new beginning, talking to someone to get help is a start. Forgiveness is the key. Trusting in God, your Creator, who knows what is best is important. He has a plan for your life. Blessing your mom instead of cursing her is the right thing to do because when you honor your parents you shall have God's blessings, longevity and more. Confessing your sins and repenting are the appropriate actions. Accepting that you cannot change the past and finding way to live at peace with your mom and with your own family are the right steps to take. Breaking the curse over your life is critical as well. Loving your children and family are a must. Whatever it is do not let the past run your life any more. Trust God, your heavenly Father, who loves you. Move forward and allow your heart to heal. You still have your full life ahead of you.

May God guide you as you take the right steps toward healing and wholeness. God is waiting for you to come to Him for help any time.

Oppressed by Satan for 2 years, delivered.

While talking to some friends in the hall, a person happened to mention that Satan was talking to her, and she said he was about to steal her TV, to attack her daughter. It's all happened in her mind.

After asking a few more questions I invited some friends to come in to pray with her and over her. She talked to Satan 2 years ago, when she woke up one morning and found out a spirit of the death named Michael came over her and into her body. Since then she heard Satan talking to her and scaring her. She testified that she had something to do with darkness, with burning incense and praying to the death angel and palm reading.

After leading her to confess her sin and to repent and to invite Christ into her heart, she renounced all evil practices and Satan and all unclean spirits, we took authority over these spirits and Satan and, in the name of Jesus cast out all of these. We thank God for Jesus and for deliverance. The voice of Satan stopped.

We thank God for the opportunity to serve Him in Jesus' name.

Indigestion and heartburn healed; inner healing took place after

On a rainy day, the hall looked empty except a few people sitting by a window talking, looking outside for a glimpse of hope. I was busy minding my own business, looking for a friend I was supposed to meet to pray with. As I passed the hall, a person looking kind of distressed, holding her chest saying "Indigestion". She repeated a few times, coming to a window to find some relief from her pain and ordeal.

I could not find a friend whom I was supposed to pray with. When God impressed upon my heart to signal her to the side and asked her what the problem was. She had indigestion and heartburn. Something was bothering her much, and the pain was obvious. I first offered her to go and get a glass of water, thinking it may help. But then I asked her "Could I offer to pray over you?" She gladly said yes. We stood a few feet apart; other people were still sitting nearby, not paying attention about what was going on over here.

I asked her to put her hands over where the pain is and quickly closed my eyes and said a simple prayer, "In the name of Jesus, I command indigestion and heartburn to go from her body. Body be healed in Jesus' name." That was it. Nothing fancy. No laying on of hand; no anointing of the oil on the sick. Just a simple prayer. When I opened my eyes, and she lifted up her hands from where the pain was, it already left her instantly. God healed her right there in front of my eyes. To her astonishment, wow, she said "for real." She was so relieved. God cared for her simple need just like that.

Later I found out that there were a lot involvement with witchcraft and anger and pain in her heart which she did forgive the one who hurt her deeply. God through her simple faith in God healed her pains and restores her life and her faith in God.

Thank God for a miracle that is so ordinarily beautiful when God broke through to us.
The pain does not come back.

Praise be to God the Father.

Delivered from Horror Movies

Yesterday, I had a chance to meet a friend whom I had not seen for a while. She looked different; something troubled her heart; her eyes seem confused about something; fear seems hidden around the corner. She stopped and asked me if I could pray for her. Surely.

We talked a little bit. She then asked me if I know Jason? Who is Jason? She answered Jason who was in that horror movie. She then named Freddie Cougar and Texas Chainsaw Massacre and the whole list of things she has been watching since a young person.

They have troubled her mind, and she could not sleep well. Keep seeing those horror scenes and hearing those noises scared her and caused her to be in so much anguish and trouble sinks deep in her soul.

She needs God's deliverance. She also needs to stop watching those movies. They must be gotten rid of.

She bowed her head as I prayed over her and commanded the evil spirits to be bound and cast out of her.

She gave her heart to Jesus and confesses Him as her Lord and Savior. She felt immediately better and asked if I could pray for the tumor in the stomach as well. A friend is standing nearby so I ask her to put her hand on her friend's hand.

As I put my hand on the hand of her friend and commanded the tumor to die and be healed. She felt as if God has touched her and healed her.

I recommended her to check back with her doctor and to verify the result and also to get rid of all the horror movies that have caused her mind to be fearful.

God is out there in the midst of the battle for souls.

Will we answer the call to stand in the front line with Him and experience that the Battle belongs to the Lord? What are we waiting for?

The Power of Attitude

The nest of young eagles hung on every word as the Master Eagle described his exploits. This was an important day for the eaglets. They were preparing for their first solo flight from the nest. It was the confidence builder many of them needed to fulfill their destiny.

"How far can I travel?" asked one of the eaglets.
"How far can you see?" responded the Master Eagle.

"How high can I fly?" quizzed the young eaglet.
"How far can you stretch your wings?" asked the old eagle.

"How long can I fly?" the eaglet persisted.
"How far is the horizon?" the mentor rebounded.

"How much should I dream?" asked the eaglet.
"How much can you dream?" smiled the older, wiser eagle.

"How much can I achieve?" the young eagle continued.
"How much can you believe?" the old eagle challenged.

Frustrated by the banter, the young eagle demanded, "Why don't you answer my questions?"
"I did."

"Yes. But you answered them with questions."
"I answered them the best I could."

"But you're the Master Eagle. You're supposed to know everything. If you can't answer these questions, who can?"
"You." The old wise eagle reassured.

"Me? How?" the young eagle was confused.
"No one can tell you how high to fly or how much to dream. It's different for each eagle. Only God and you know how far you'll go. No one on this earth knows your potential or what's in your heart. You alone will answer that. The only thing that limits you is the edge of your imagination."

The young eagle puzzled by this asked, "What should I do?"
"Look to the horizon, spread your wings, and fly."

Burden Released as a Soul Bound Was Set Free

It was nearly the end of a day when I had a chance to talk to a woman who was bound by Satan for 29 years. Hurt, pain, rejection, abuse, feeling used by others were written all over her life. She could not take it any more.

But today is the day that God has come to meet her and to set her free. God is great. He is always on time. His power is great. God's love is strong. The devil is no match for God.

When she thought today was the day that she would go crazy because the pressure of life was too much on her to bear, God broke through in her spirit to set her free when she reached out to God. She has surrendered her life to Jesus Christ and cried out to God for help.

In desperation for things to change for the better and with faith in God she has called upon the name of Jesus and found the love of God overwhelming her, winning her heart back to God. She has been found by God today.

God has healed the brokenness inside of our hearts and restored them back to the eternal love of God for us. As she received God's forgivenness for her and the Holy Spirit came upon her, her hands started to shake, and she felt the presence of God in her life and the release of pain and burden in her soul was lifted up.

Thanks be to God. God can and will use you to reach others for Christ.

Tell someone about Him today. Let Him use you for the glory of God.

Transformed and Renewed for the Sake of the Kingdom

My world has been changed for the better. It's like the Word of God through the Spirit of God is transforming me from a timid person who has no divine power at all to serve the urgent needs of the time and the hurting people to being a bold person of faith.

Jesus baptized me in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and He has filled me up again.

I've got a new prayer language to communicate with God. It's powerful tool that brings prayer to a new level. God has touched my spirit and moved me to a higher plane, a deeper level of faith in Jesus.

I know He is with me, and He is going to see me through. I am absolutely confident in the strength of the Lord and in His mighty power to save and to deliver. My trust is in the Lord, my Savior, Redeemer and Deliverer.

The people I work with on a day to day are so excited to see the changes taken place by the prayer offered to God on their behalfs. I am excited to know that the Holy Spirit is taking my hands and leading me on.

I have a lot to learn from people of faith who walk with God daily; I learn from those who are familiar with His voice, His will and His plan for their lives and are walking in the power of the Holy Spirit.

I am alive in the Spirit and believe that the best is yet to come. Ministry to win souls for Jesus is becoming more exciting. Jesus is coming soon for the Church, and we all have to be ready.

I believe there are more souls to be won into the kingdom of God through Spirit-filled Christians who are touched by the Spirit of God, and the anointing of God's power will touch and transform many lives for the sake of the Kingdom of God in these last days.

The Revival Is Here, and More Is Yet to Come

Revival Conference is great. With great anticipation and expectation of the mighty hand of God moving strong among the participants, more than 900 people came from many places to seek the Lord and the new anointing, Fresh Oil, New Wine.

The worship music is like the heavenly choir is here singing with us. Beautiful worship music bringing joy and pleasure to God Almighty. Jesus is lifted up above all to see. Hungry souls and thirsty spirits yearn and long for God, crying out to God and are satisfied. Some left the same way they came in.

The Holy Spirit has touched many people, healing their spirits, souls, minds and bodies. Many people have given their hearts to the Lord. He is their Savior and Lord now.

Even Dr. Chauncey Crandall, a world-renowned heart surgeon emphasized his ministry of providing the best medicine with prayer in the Name of Jesus and the result is 100%. He has led a lot of people to the Lord and prayed over them. The healing has taken place in many places that he has gone to minister. God is with him; signs and wonders are following him. God is glorified.

One lady told her husband that the itchy patches on her body were gone completely after the prayer.

Another lady who had her shoulders and arms locked up for years is free after the prayer releasing all her fear and pain to God. She surrendered her life to God, rebuking Satan and renouncing all evil, wicked forces in her life.

She cut all ties with her past folk medicine which she called out to the god of this world to give her the power to heal the poor around her. She said that years ago since a young girl, she practiced folk medicine, saw a number of people got healed, but herself got even sicker day by day. She did not know why she is this sick until she attended Dai Hoi and got prayed for.

God delivered her from past bondage and set her free. She can lift her hands to praise God now. She even called her children in Vietnam to take all the altars down and destroyed the idols in the home. God is great.

The Holy Spirit has touched me personally, and I got drunk of Him, full of joy and freedom. He is the number one in my life. I love God's presence in my life; My life will never be the same.

I set my heart to seek Him now, and I will find Him because that is His promise. I receive His power to be bold witness for Him. I will see the Shekinah glory of God.

As I witness the Kingdom of God is with me, God is with me, and I am seeing more people coming to the Lord accepting Him as Savior and Lord; Signs and wonders are following me now. Praise be to God. The best is yet to come.

Jesus is the Way! There is no other way but through Him.

I will set my heart to seek God's presence more and more, serve Him with the new anointing in the power of the Holy Spirit.

In the Name of Jesus, the Gospel will be preached with boldness and power; wicked demons and evil spirits will flee; sickness and diseases will disappear; lives will be healed and restored; souls are set free; spirits yield to God.

The dead shall be raised. The blind shall see. The deaf shall hear. The lame shall walk and dance. The lepers shall be cleansed. Cancer shall be removed...in the Name of Jesus of Nazareth. Amen.

Back Pain Gone, and Kneecaps Healed

I met a man this morning on the desperation street of life. He was on a wheelchair in some obvious pain. He could hardly move with his wheelchair. He met me, but he does not know what God has already had in store for him today.

After we talked and shared our life stories, I encouraged his heart to trust the Lord. He opened his heart to give his life to the Lord Jesus and to ask Him to be his Lord and Savior. He unburdened every sin, everything that weighed him down for a long time. He was going to have surgery on his kneecaps soon after our meeting today. He is desperate for God to intervene because he could not live like this any more.

He humbly asked God to heal him and to save him from all these loneliness and pain and hurt. I led him to the Lord, and after the prayer I prayed for his kneecaps and his back. "In the name of Jesus, I command you kneecaps to be restored, to be healed in Jesus Name. Back pain leave him now in Jesus name. Amen." After the prayer, I asked him to check his back and to do something he has not done for a while. He stood up out of his wheelchair, walked and turned around a few times, bent his knees. The back pain was gone instantly.

There was still some pain and discomfort on the right knee, I knelt down, put my hands on his knees again and command all the pain to leave him and never return in Jesus Name."

After that I was the one pushing the wheelchair out of the room for him, he walked more than 100 feet to the end of the hall and to sit down. He could walk now. Thanks be to God. I came back a few days later to see how he is doing. He said, the back pain is gone completely. The kneecaps are doing fine. He is grateful.

God is able to use you; He is able to use anyone of us as we submit to Him and obey his command to go, preach the Gospel, heal the sick in His name, ...Signs and wonders will follow those servants who dare to obey God and to do what God has called them to do in Jesus Name.

The results are up to God. He is the Healer. God is good.

Saved and Delivered from Detox

It was a cloudy Wednesday afternoon, along the street of life, sat a lonely woman who was wrecked because of the drugs she has allowed to be in her body. Sitting there waiting for the Detox, she was crying out to God to save her and to deliver her. She used to follow God a long time ago, but has wandered away from God.

Today, God has a divine appointment with her to set her free. He has heard her cry to God and sent me to meet and to pray over her.

As she proceeded to tell me about her life story and all the negative things, the addiction and so on, I felt compelled to stop her right there and asked her "what she would like to ask God to do for her right now?" She said I want God to heal me and to set me free. I then asked her do you believe God can set you free right now? Finally she said yes. Great.

Put out your hands and I will anoint you and pray over you right now. So I led her to the Lord and after her confession to God, I prayed for her asking God to save and to deliver her from her addiction.

Instantly she feels a sense of peace come over her. The burden is lifted off. She still feels a little bit in her heart, and therefore I prayed one more time for her to ask God to deliver her completely.

God did it. She left that place a new creature, a smile appeared on her face and she is relaxed knowing that from now on her life will be different. She has dedicated her life to live for God and to sin no more.

Thank you God for using me to bring hope to the least of these among us here on earth.

Be Filled with the Holy Spirit...

The Revival Conference is a life-changing experience for me this weekend. I am where God has put me to be. Here I am to worship; Here I am to bow down. Here I am to say that you're my God. New Wine song is great. The music worship team is incredible. They are right there being led by the Holy Spirit of God to lead us in worship and in praise.

The Spirit gives us freedom to worship with joy and gladness and healing in our hearts, minds, souls and spirits. The speakers are down to earth, humble yet powerful, mightily anointed to deliver the messages with authority and power from on high. I don't know about you, but I remember the "Chihuahua" now and how to handle it in my life.

The Spirit of God touched me. I feel so free in my spirit to dance, to jump, to lift my hands toward heaven to worship my God, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ of Nazareth. He moves me to tear as I pray for people. My heart is full of joy which I have not experienced for a long long time.

God is awesome. He is great. The Holy Spirit is moving among us mightily and His presence is so strong at different times of the Conference. People fell down as they were touched by the presence of God and His power surged through them like electricity, like heat...

I've got drunk of the Holy Spirit, dancing in His presence; my legs could not hold me up till I fell over down onto the floor. Jesus gives me a new heart, a new love for Him. Awesome God we serve.

This morning, I was called to bring someone some clothes. He is homeless and did not care for himself at all. I brought him some clothes, and I gave them to someone to give to him. I thought I am done. I moved on meeting, talking with other people.

As I walked by his place again this morning, I was hearing God speaking to my heart to turn around to go and pray for him. Pray? He is not in a good position to receive prayer.

I was trying to talk myself out of God's calling me to pray over this man. I obeyed and turned around to go and pray for him, but I was standing outside his room before entering it with tears in my eye. No Lord. He is filthy; He is bad. I will pray for him after he is cleaned up. I am also angry at the devil for lying to this man, stealing from him his life and trying to kill him with sickness and disease. I am empowered by the Holy Spirit and the heart of Jesus touched my heart again, I opened the door and greeted him. Jesus sent me here to pray over you. Do you know Jesus? After encouraging his heart, I prayed for him.

What a blessing to pray for this homeless man this am. His legs, feet are eaten by maggots; filth, darkness and spirit of death on him. Jesus sent me in. I then realize that Jesus was in the room with me. A moment before, I was crying outside, did not really want to come in.

Now Jesus took over my heart and compelled me to love him and prayed for him; I laid my hand on him and prayed over him in the Name of Jesus. Maggots die in the Name of Jesus...A sense of peace entered the room, the filthy smell is no longer as bad. I am glad to pray for this man today as the first step of obedience after the encounter with God.

God has touched him, and he is at peace with God.

Broken Heart Healed and Soul Delivered in Jesus' Name

What a smile! What a joy! What a big transformation taking place in the life of this young lady who just met Jesus along the way. What a powerful testimony she has already given on the things Christ Jesus has done for her.

I met her a day ago on the road of desperation; depression was the things that dominated her thinking; no more desire to live; sadness was all over her face; the feeling of unworthiness was strong. No emotion. No tear because the pain was so great.

The Lord impressed upon my heart to pay close attention because He is going to deliver her. He is going to save her. Today is her day, a new beginning is about to take place, and she does not know it yet. In God's time everything is made beautiful.

Indeed, through honest and transparent confession and repentance, the healing has come; forgiveness of self and others are a reality. The iniquities, the sins committed in the past were forgiven; her faith in God, in Jesus Christ is restored.
Her life is changed because Jesus has met her; and the countenance is already lit up with beaming joy all over her face.

My friend also noticed her new changes too. Just one day, one encounter with God and things changed for the better. Praise be to God. A new life has begun.

By the grace of God, I was just there at the right place and right time to bring the Word to her, to bring hope to her, to deliver to her the message that God loves her; I was just being the simple instrument in the hands of the Master, and He was able to use me to bring healing, deliverance and forgiveness to her.

Forgiveness is the main key to healing. The anger is released. The pain is lifted off. The physical pain is also lifted off her shoulders. She is being made whole by the power of God in the Name of Jesus. His Name is Wonderful.

What a privilege to witness how Jesus heals right in front of my eyes. As we talked, she mentioned the pain in the back caused by a car accident some time ago, and the pain lingers long and hard.

After talking to her and encouraging her to put her hand on the back pain and pray with me, after the prayer, the back pain is gone immediately. I checked back with her and her friend a few hours later. No more back pain! Praise be to God. I encourage her to have it check again and verify by her doctor and let the doctor evaluate her regarding the back pain.

God is wonderful and mighty in power. I have a lot to learn, but i know the source of power is from the Lord. He is the Healer. Whatever He wants of me, however He wants to use me, to whomever He sends me to minister, I will go to wherever He will send me whenever He commands me to do.

Jesus is my Lord and Savior. He is my Healer, my Redeemer, my Deliverer and My God.

Revival Conference Is Here. Be Ready.

Today is the day set aside for the pastors who are already here for the 2009 Revival Conference, Fresh Oil & New Wine.

Check out www.vbcweb.org. See the worship live when it happens.

Revival is in the air. It is coming near us. Houston, are we ready? America are we ready? Is the world ready? God is looking for those who are ready to bless them with His glorious presence.

The 100-years prophecy spoken by William Seymour and Charles Parham about Houston that it will experience a mighty Pentecost which will surpass the Azusa Street Revival or any revival before it is now before us to pray even more diligently.

The anointing is following that Presence. Awesome signs and wonders are expected to manifest among us. We are here to listen to the Word spoken to our hearts and minds.

Pastors and members from Vietnam, Europe, Australia, Canada and 28 states in USA are going to be here.

The weather is cool, more rain is forecast to pour. The cold front is coming, but we pray that it will pass us by fast.

We are praying for a mighty downpour of spiritual latter rain promised in the Bible. The former and the latter rain together prophesied in Joel 2:23 and James 5:7 will precede the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We are praying that more souls will travail in prayers and more unsaved souls will be won into the Kingdom of God.

What will happen to Houston and the vicinities when 5 million souls turn to Christ, marching down the streets, praying everywhere at every bus stop, in every bar, in all restaurants, movie theaters people will be found praying, kneeling by the sidewalks to pray, to sing, to pray in spiritual language, to prophesy...

Lord, You are invited to come and to dwell here with us. Have full control of the Revival conference. It's your Conferencing with us. Have full control over our lives.

"Here I am to worship. Here I am to bow down. Here I am to say that You're My God..."

Deliverance Ministry - Demons Left

I just met a man on the street of life. He is full of troubles already. Looking very devilish; right away he said his friends would call him the devil and that he was going to hell. He looks very tense with fists curled ready to throw a punch or two. I was standing near him with much caution, just in case he threw a punch and I just had to move out of his way fast.

We found a table with some chairs, sat down and talked a little bit. I felt the Spirit of God led us to meet so that this poor man can be set free today.

Immediately, after sitting down, he turned to me and said, "Would you pray for me that God will deliver me out of this miserble situations." I asked him "Why? What happened? Please tell me." He said demons are possessing him and tormenting him for a while.

After listening to him for a few moments I felt compelled to command the demons to be bound in the Name of Jesus. As I started commanding, his whole body tensed up greatly that the table shook. I felt electricity going through my body.

The demons started to manifest right away. He started to twist and turn on his chair. No one was around to witness. I stood up away from the chair continuing to pray commanding the demons to be bound and cast out of this man. By this time, it happened so quickly that the man was already on the floor falling out of his chair, shook some more on the carpet floor, rolling a little bit. Suddenly, there was calmness. Then he said some demons just left me. Great.

Please get back on the chair. I asked the man how many there are in his body. He just shook his head saying "many". Then he asked me can you pray in tongues to command these demons to leave me. I was waiting for the Lord to lead me next what to do. I felt there are open doors somewhere. If he did not confess his sins or if he leaves a door open somewhere the devil can be cast out and then right away comes back.

Indeed, he was involved in much witchcraft, idol worship and lots of unbelief. He would not want to pray to invite Jesus to come into his life. He would not confess his sins. He pointed then to his head and asked me to pray for healing there.

I prayed over him, but at this time, I felt that he is not ready to be delivered. I prayed some more for him knowing that I will need to come back the next day to visit him and we will go from there.

Oh Yes, Jesus comes to destroy the works of the devil. I know the devil is mad at me for daring to pray over these people. God is mighty in power. He is more than ready to deliver those who are ready to call upon His Name.

We cannot do God's work with man's power.

Lord, let the anointing come mightily upon us who are called by you to do your works.

Freedom to Worship

Last night at the church prayer meeting of more than 120 people, after the pastor's introduction calling us to prayer for Revival, we opened our hearts, minds, souls and spirits to worship God.

New songs were sung with excitement, joy and gladness. The worship team was wonderful. Yes, New wine, Fresh Oil! We definitely ask, seek and knock on God's door awaiting Him to lead us into the presence of God.

We open ourselves to receive the Holy Spirit, to take in more of Him in our lives, to experience the streams of living water to overflow. Yes, people around seem to feel more at ease to dance in His presence, to lift up their hands to heaven to praise and to worship.

I myself feel a whole lot freedom to dance a few steps as if I never dance before, to shout praises, and to sing as the Spirit of God moves me. It is so good to praise God and to spend time in His presence. All other things are secondary. He is the main thing; God is the main focus.

I realize that the mind is so keenly aware of everything surrounding it; the tradition that I grew up in, and sometimes the traditions of man, the thoughts that other people were watching, judging me, prevented me from freely worshiping God.

No more timidity. No more self-consciousness. No more fear of what other people think of me would stop me from praising God; I pray that we can lift up our hearts, minds, souls and spirits to sing new songs unto the Lord and expect the Holy Spirit to move freely among us so that more praises will be lifted up to the Father in heaven.

Jesus is sweeter and sweeter to me day by day.

The anointing of God is stronger in my life as the days go by. Lord help me honor you, and help me use the anointing in a way that glorifies you and brings healing to many.

A Life Touched by Christ

God has divine appointment with us. We may not realize it, but everything happens to us for a reason; every person we meet is already in His divine calendar. The timing, the place and the things we talk about are all in His mind and heart.

God is longing to communicate with us and to us. He wants to let us know that we are loved and valued. We are His children, very special to the Heavenly Father, and He cares a lot about us and what is going on in our lives.

I had a chance to talk to a new friend by divine appointment. As the conversation unfolds, hurts in the past, entangled relationships with her loved ones, the long lost father who has not been in her life, all the conflicts of life and the troubles of the present with alcohol, drugs, except cocaine and heroin and promiscuity are all so real in her life which caused her pain and anxiety and rebellious lifestyle.

God is ready to meet her today. He did. The Holy Spirit has convicted her heart of her need for the Savior, for healing of broken heart, for deliverance from sins and rebellion. God has filled her heart with His love, joy and forgiveness as soon as she confessed her sin to the Lord and her need for Jesus.

What a change you could see if you were there. The beautiful radiant smile that said a whole lot about the new transformation that just took place right in front of my eyes. God has saved her and changed her. She is a new creation in Christ. The old is gone and the new has come.

God is great, and He is always on time. Are you on His calendar? He is ready to meet you where you are, but He won't leave you where you are. He will change you and transform you if you allow Him to do so.

What are you waiting for? Seek Him and desire Him, and He shall satisfy the desire of your heart.

A Lost Soul Found Jesus and Invited Him into Her Heart

God is great. He is awesome. His Name is to be praised. The Lord loves to save souls. He just found one more and brought the sheep back into His fold.

This morning, I had a chance to witness God's love to this young lady. She looked troubled. Her face tells it all about the conditions of her heart and mind. She feels lost, rejected, angry.

The piercing on the body said a whole lot about the things in her heart. She just confirmed my thoughts and acknowledged her needs of the Savior. She was willing to change, no longer wanting this sad kind of life. No purpose, no meaning, no friend, no hope.

God has a different plan for her life. After talking with her and listening to her life story, I led her to the Lord. She is ready. Today is her day. It's the day of God's salvation for her.

There at the feet of Jesus she confessed all her sins and unrighteousness, renounced all her fear and rebuked all the evil forces in her life. She has invited Christ Jesus to come into her life.

With tears streaming down, she prayed to accept Christ as her Lord and Savior. Immediately, you can notice a change of heart and attitude. Her countenance lights up with a bright smile. After accepting Christ, she was open to receive water baptism and in the presence of the witness, I baptized her in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

She removed the piercing, no longer wants it. Her new life has begun Now. I gave her a NT Bible and some instructions to read the book of James and John. She has started reading the Scripture already. Great. God is great. He cares for us all so much. I love Jesus Christ so much.

There are more souls to be won into the Kingdom of God by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Healed of Paranoid Thoughts and Fear

Last Friday, a person who was paranoid with thoughts of people are out looking to kill her was healed by the Lord. When I first met her she has a translator with her. She jerked at every noise and looked around with her head back to see who were behind her. She would hear voices of people knocking on her door to call her out so they could hurt her. This experience was very real to her, but due to the illness it is not so.

After talking to her and listening to her describing the situations, I asked her, "What would you like God to do for you?" She answered, "I ask God to heal my head." I agreed with her in faith and prayed with a translator present to help. She knelt down on the floor.

I asked for permission to anoint her hands and forehead. After the first prayer, the pressure in her head was going down. She could feel the difference. 50% better, she said. Great. I prayed the second time, and the pressure is down even more. She feels 70% better. Fantastic. I prayed the third time. She feels 80% better. Great. I told her God does not leave things unfinished. I told her the story of the blind man being healed by Jesus. Jesus had to pray for him twice. I read some more Scripture to her. I asked her to agree with me and prayed again.

More fervent prayer is lifted up to the Lord. Her face is more focused praying along as well. Then after the fourth prayer she could feel 90% better. I told her I will pray for you again. Is there anything that would prevent God from healing you. She answered yes, and she confessed it to the Lord.

After the fifth prayer, she could declare that she feel 100% better. The pressure was gone, and she could think. The fear is gone. She could talk freely.

It is a privilege to pray for people everyday. God is great, and He will confirm the preaching of the Gospel with signs and wonders to glorify God.

A couple days later, with follow-up, my new friend has said she is well, and is able to go and see her family. The grace of the Lord and His power has set her free to think properly now.

New Believers

A man struggled to share his pain and struggle to overcome anger and hurt in the past; after hearing the Gospel, he just opened his heart and life to invite Jesus to come and be his Lord and Savior.

Christ Jesus immediately healed him of his pain, anguish in his soul; the guilt, shame and fear somehow vanished right before him. Give the Lord praise.

A woman who has been struggling with the love of God; how could God love me? Is God still mad at me? Am I dying next year of God's wrath?...lots of confusions and pain. She opens her heart to invite Christ to come inside and be her Lord and Savior. She is on her way to recovery. Still needs lots of prayer.

God is still in the soul-saving business; The lost still needs Christ; Christ Jesus needs us to be His witnesses in the world.

We need God's power, the power of the Holy Spirit to be His witnesses.

Healing from Backpain

Today, as I was walking down the street of life to see if someone is in need for prayer and a visit, I noticed a person walking kind of awkwardly with her body leaning forward in pain, and with her hand touching her back trying to support it or to relieve it from an obvious back pain.

I asked her, would you like to talk and pray? She answered yes. After talking and listening to her for a while about her pains and struggles and ministering to her spirit lifting her faith using the Word of God and songs, I offered to pray with her and for her.

She agreed to come to the Lord as she is. She confessed and repented of all her sins; gave all her struggles to the Lord and asked God to heal her and to help her now. I anointed her with the oil used for prayer.

After the prayer, you can see a totally new person without any back pain anymore. She could do some motions that she has not been doing for a while. After I said goodbye to her, she approached a person who handed her the lunch tray which she took with both of her hands; I walked along with her, witnessing this person now obviously healed by the Lord, walking up straight to her lunch table without any obvious pain as a couple of hours before.

God has healed her pain physically and lifted her up from her distress and sadness. Her faith in God is strengthened. She looks different, happy with a smile on her face and a sign of relief from pain. Praise the Lord.

She then helped me pray for others who were in need of healing right there during our praise and worship service. I believe great things happened to those who believe in the Lord. After she laid hand on her friend who had pain in the stomach and in the back, instantly the Lord healed her friend as well. Praise the Lord.

Prayer of Billy Graham for our Nation

Truth...From a Man the media has never been able to throw dirt on....Amazing!!

He has certainly hit the "World" on the head!

Billy Graham's Prayer For Our Nation

THIS MAN SURE HAS A GOOD VIEW OF WHAT'S HAPPENING TO OUR COUNTRY!

'Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance.

We know Your Word says,'Woe to those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done.

We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.

We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery.

We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare.

We have killed our unborn and called it choice.

We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable.

We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem.

We have abused power and called it politics.

We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition.

We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression.

We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.

Search us, Oh God, and know our hearts today, cleanse us from every sin and Set us free.
AMEN'

Commentator Paul Harvey aired this prayer on his radio program, 'The Rest of the Story,'and received a larger response to this program than any other he has ever aired.
With the Lord's help, may this prayer sweep over our nation and wholeheartedly become our desire so that we again can be called 'One Nation Under God'

Shake It Off and Step It Up

A farmer owned an old mule that fell into a well. After assessing the situation, the farmer reluctantly concluded that neither the mule nor the well was worth saving. Instead, he called his neighbors together and enlisted them to help bury the old mule In the well and put him out of his misery.

Initially the old mule was frantic, but as the dirt kept hitting his back, something happened. It dawned on the mule that every time a shove load landed on his back, he should Shake It Off and Step Up!

This he did, blow after blow. Shake it off and step up…shake it off and step up. No matter how painful the blows or how distressing the situation, the old mule fought panic and just kept right on Shaking It Off And Stepping Up!

Before long, the old mule, battered and exhausted, stepped triumphantly through the mouth of that well. What seemed like it would bury him, actually helped him…all because of how he handled his adversity.

We just keep shaking it off and stepping it up over, and over, and over… relentlessly.

Dear Holy Spirit, Come

Dear Holy Spirit Lord, come in and take full control of our lives. We surrender our wills, ourselves, our own desires, and our plans to you.

Let Your will and Your plan be done and accomplished in our lives. It's all about You Lord. It's all about Your will be done; Your Kingdom comes on earth as it is in heaven.

Spirit of God, speak to our hearts Your Word for us today. Let your presence permeate all areas of our lives. Let us experience your power; let your anointing be upon us that we will do mighty works in Your Name.

Fill us with Your presence. Let us desire nothing else but You and your presence in our lives.

Let us become broken vessels, prepared and ready to be used by You; ready to do Your works, Master and Lord, in your mighty power and strength.

Let You be glorified in our lives through our thoughts, our words and actions.

Yes, You deserve all the praise and all the glory. We love You Father and honor You.

Gan Chua Hon - Closer to You/Near to You (Song)

Gần bên Cha khiến con luôn bình an.

Music & Vietnamese Words: Bich Hanh (2002)
English words: Closer to God by Bich Hanh
English Words: Near to You by Ngọc Thanh (07/2009)

Closer to God
Close to you, O Lord, let me get closer.
Blessed to those who believe in the Lord.
Close to you so that I don't feel lonely.
Close to you that I'll love you more.

Evening and early morning and at noon
Forever my soul will stay by your side.
I love you Lord because I am close to you.
Let me be close to you forever more.

Even in sorrow and danger,
My heart hope in you day by day.
Even in darkest you always with me
Close to you that makes me be whole.

*
Near to You
Near to you my God. Let me be near You.
Near to you. I'm blessed following you.
Near to you, I am no longer lonely.
Near to you, I love you more and more.

I long for you all morning, noon and night.
I'll be near you, Father, I will be near.
I love you more since I'm near you Father.
My God, let me be near you forever.

Though life will bring pain or sorrow.
I will wait for you every day.
In the darkest night you are there for me.
Near to you cause me to have peace.

Dừa Xanh

Dừa xanh thơm ngọt ngon lành,
Ăn vào một quả dừa ngon rất tình.
Tình yêu chồng mãi cho mình,
Tình yêu nồng thắm, gừng già cay hơn.
*
Dừa thơm gợi nhớ tình chàng,
Mua nàng một quả dừa ngon mỗi ngày.
Dừa ơi dừa có biết chăng,
Tình yêu nồng thắm càng xây sẽ nồng.
*
Tình nồng phu phụ vun trồng,
Tình yêu Thiên Chúa vẫn nồng trong ta.
Dù mai ai sẽ đi xa.
Lòng ta vẫn nhớ tình Cha dạt dào.
*
Dù cho vật đổi sao dời,
Tình yêu Cha dạy vẫn nồng trong ta.
Dù cho mưa gió phong ba,
Tình yêu đôi lứa tình dừa không phai.

Holy Day

FLORIDA COURT SETS ATHEIST HOLY DAY

In Florida , an atheist created a case against the upcoming Easter and Passover holy days. He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case against Christians, Jews and observances of their holy days.

The argument was that it was unfair that atheists had no such recognized days. The case was brought before a judge. After listening to the passionate presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel declaring,” Case dismissed!"

The lawyer immediately stood objecting to the ruling saying, "Your honor, how can you possibly dismiss this case? The Christians have Christmas, Easter and others. The Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah, yet my client and all other atheists have no such holidays."

The judge leaned forward in his chair saying, "But you do. Your client, counsel, is woefully ignorant." The lawyer said, "Your Honor, we are unaware of any special observance or holiday for atheists."

The judge said, "The calendar says April 1st is April Fools Day. Psalm 14:1 states, 'The fool says in his heart, there is no God.' Thus, it is the opinion of this court, that if your client says there is no God, then he is a fool. Therefore, April 1st is his day. Court is adjourned.

You gotta love a Judge that knows his scripture!

Family Reunion - Things Truly Do Happen for a Reason

Beautiful story... makes you understand that all things truly do happen for a reason.

The brand new pastor and his wife, newly assigned to their first ministry, to reopen a church in suburban Brooklyn, arrived in early October, excited about their opportunities. When they saw their church, it was very run down and needed much work. They set a goal to have everything done in time to have their first service on Christmas Eve.

They worked hard, repairing pews, plastering walls, painting, etc, and on December 18 were ahead of schedule and just about finished.

On December 19 a terrible tempest - a driving rainstorm hit the area and lasted for two days.

On the 21st, the pastor went over to the church. His heart sank when he saw that the roof had leaked, causing a large area of plaster about 20 feet by 8 feet to fall off the front wall of the sanctuary just behind the pulpit, beginning about head high.

The pastor cleaned up the mess on the floor, and not knowing what else to do but postpone the Christmas Eve service, headed home. On the way he noticed that a local business was having a flea market type sale for charity so he stopped in. One of the items was a beautiful, hand made, ivory colored, crocheted tablecloth with exquisite work, fine colors and a Cross embroidered right in the center. It was just the right size to cover up the hole in the front wall. He bought it and headed back to the church.

By this time it had started to snow. An older woman running from the opposite direction was trying to catch the bus.. She missed it. The pastor invited her to wait in the warm church for the next bus 45 minutes later. She sat in a pew and paid no attention to the pastor while he got a ladder, hangers, etc., to put up the tablecloth as a wall tapestry.

The pastor could hardly believe how beautiful it looked and it covered up the entire problem area.

Then he noticed the woman walking down the center aisle. Her face was like a sheet... 'Pastor,’ she asked, 'where did you get that tablecloth?'

The pastor explained. The woman asked him to check the lower right corner to see if the initials, EBG were crocheted into it there. They were. These were the initials of the woman. She had made this tablecloth 35 years before in Austria.

The woman could hardly believe it as the pastor told how he had just gotten the Tablecloth. The woman explained that before the war she and her husband were well-to-do people in Austria. When the Nazis came, she was forced to leave. Her husband was going to follow her the next week. He was captured, sent to prison and she never saw her husband or her home again.

The pastor wanted to give her the tablecloth, but she made the pastor keep it for the church. The pastor insisted on driving her home; that was the least he could do... She lived on the other side of Staten Island and was only in Brooklyn for the day for a housecleaning job.

What a wonderful service they had on Christmas Eve. The church was almost full. The music and the spirit were great. At the end of the service, the pastor and his wife greeted everyone at the door and many said that they would return.

One older man, whom the pastor recognized from the neighborhood continued to sit in one of the pews and stare, and the pastor wondered why he wasn't leaving.

The man asked him where he got the tablecloth on the front wall because it was identical to one that his wife had made years ago when they lived in Austria before the war and how could there be two tablecloths so much alike. He told the pastor how the Nazis came, how he forced his wife to flee for her safety and he was supposed to follow her, but he was arrested and put in a prison. He never saw his wife or his home again.

The pastor asked him if he would allow him to take him for a little ride. They drove to Staten Island and to the same house where the pastor had taken the woman three days earlier. He helped the man climb the three flights of stairs to the woman's apartment, knocked on the door and he saw the greatest Christmas reunion he could ever imagine.

True Story -

*MUSLIM * Something for all of us to read *

This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known leader in prison ministry. The man who walks with God always gets to his destination. If you have a pulse you have a purpose.

The Muslim religion is the fastest growing religion per capita in the United States, especially in the minority races!

Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.

I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say.. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers. When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: 'Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?'

There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, 'Non-believers!' I responded, 'So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven.

Is that correct?'

The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar. He sheepishly replied, 'Yes.'

I then stated, 'Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!' The Imam was speechless! I continued, 'I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me! Let me ask you a question:

Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?'

You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame.

Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the Diversification training seminar were not happy with my way of dealing with the Islamic Imam, and exposing the truth about the Muslims' beliefs.

In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in the U.S. to elect the President! I think everyone in the U.S. should be required to read this, but with ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us send it on!

This is your chance to make a difference...

FOR GOD'S SAKE! SEND THIS ON.

What do you want to do with your life?

Ability determines what you can do.

Aptitude determines what you can learn to do.

Aspiration determines what you hope to do.

Attitude determines what you believe you can do.

But passion determines what you want to do.

Mark Sanborn, "The Encore Effect"

Do you discover what God wants you to do with your life?
Do you know what you want to do with your life?
Have you taken the time to find out what your purpose in life is?
Find out where your passion is now and you will find out what you will do.

Passion to Do the Things God Has Called You to Do

Mark Sanborn in the Encore Effect shares a story about passion.

He cited John Wesley who was forbidden by the Anglican Church to preach from its pulpits. So, he would ride out into the countryside, pick a spot in an open field, and begin to preach.

Someone once asked John Wesley how he was able to attract such large crowds with his preaching. Wesley responded, "I simply set myself on fire and people come to watch me burn."

That's passion. What you do and how you do are both important.
Passion is the fuel.

No one will be more passionate about your performance than you are yourself.
It's up to you to do to get people excited about who you are and what you do.

I am excited about life; I am excited about the will of God for my life and moving forward to be where God wants me to be so that His plan will be fulfilled in my life.

I want more of God in my life. How about you?

God loves me; He is going to bless me; He is going to multiply me 100 fold over and over again.

I am in a position, a place where I am expecting to receive more of God so that I can give more of God, share more of God with you.

Biển trời thắm mát tình ta với mình.
Trời xanh mây trắng hữu tình,
Nước xanh cát trắng chỉ mình với ta.
*
Nhấp nhô sóng nước bao la,
Nhìn đôi chim én ngỡ ta với mình.
Núi đồi, biển cả đẹp xinh,
Tình yêu nồng thắm giữa mình với ta.
*
Mỗi ngày mang đến Sarah,
Dừa tươi thắm mát tình ta với mình.
Tình yêu dấn bước linh trình,
Chúa đà nối kết tình mình với ta.
*
